Steps:
- Navigate to the Clients section (via Access Management in bottom left menu)
- Find the client you want to update
- Click the "Edit" button in the Options column dropdown
- Update client information as needed
- Click Save (or Apply/Submit - use your actual button name)
How to Grant Agency Access to a Client:
- Only Agency Admins can see all client level information
- To add Agency users to the client:
- You will see a list of Agency users within your agency in the text box
- Highlight the users to add to the client, and press "enter" on the keyboard
- You will see those users added to access listed on the screen after saving
Troubleshooting: If you don't see a user in the list, contact Digital Mouth for assistance adding them to your agency.
