How do I grant dashboard access to a user?

Steps:

1. Click "Dashboards" under the Reporting section (left side menu)
2. Find the dashboard you want to share
3. Click the down arrow in the Options menu
4. Select "Add Users"
5. Choose one of the following:
   • Create a new client user and provide client access directly
   • Select from an existing user

Result: The selected user now has access to view that dashboard.

Important: By default, dashboards are NOT shared. You must intentionally assign access to each user that should have access.
