Super Admin Full system access. Can manage all platform settings, rules engine configuration, agencies, clients, users, and terms & conditions. This is the highest level of access with complete control over the entire platform.
Digital Mouth Admin Similar to Super Admin with full access to manage agencies, clients, users, and platform settings. Can invite users, configure dashboards, and modify system-wide settings. Primary difference from Super Admin is they cannot edit Terms & Conditions.
Digital Mouth Employee Internal user with broad view-only and operational access. Can view all sections (dashboards, agencies, users, clients, media briefs, mixes, plans, IOs, documents, reporting) but has limited modification rights. Cannot invite users or modify platform settings.
Review Expert Specialized role focused on reviewing media plans. Can view media briefs, mixes, and plans across all agencies. Primary responsibility is to review, modify, approve, or reject media plans when submitted for review. Limited access to other platform sections.
Agency Admin Full control within their own agency only. Can manage clients, users, media briefs, mixes, plans, and documents for their agency. Can create client users and manage documents. Cannot access other agencies' data or modify platform settings.
Agency User Standard agency employee with access to clients they've been granted permission to view. Can create and manage media briefs, mixes, and plans for assigned clients. Can approve/reject reviewed media plans and upload documents. Limited to their agency's data and assigned clients only.
Client User External client with the most restricted access. Can only view data for clients they've been granted access to. Can view media briefs, mixes, plans, IOs, and reporting dashboards (if manually granted access). Can complete checklists and upload documents if granted permission. Cannot create or modify campaign materials.
Key Access Pattern:
- Super Admin & DM Admin: Platform-wide access
- DM Employee & Review Expert: Cross-agency visibility, limited editing
- Agency Admin & User: Agency-scoped access with client-level permissions
- Client User: View-only for assigned clients with selective upload rights
