What is an Insertion Order (IO)?

Definition: An Insertion Order (IO) is a formal document that is automatically generated once a media plan has been fully approved.

Purpose: The IO serves as the official contract for the media campaign and must be signed by both parties before campaign execution.

When It's Created: After a media plan completes the full approval process (approved by both agency user and Digital Mouth review expert).

How to Access IOs: Click "Insertion Orders" in the left-hand navigation menu.
