What happens after I sign an Insertion Order?

Step 1: You Sign You receive an email confirmation after signing the IO.

Step 2: Digital Mouth Signs The Digital Mouth review expert then signs the document.

Step 3: Final Confirmation Once both parties have signed, you receive a second confirmation email with a PDF copy of the fully executed IO.

Step 4: Upload to System The signed IO must be manually uploaded into the system:

• Upload the signed IO PDF for recordkeeping and next steps
