How do I sign an Insertion Order?

You'll Receive an Email: When a new IO is created, the media plan creator receives an email with a link to Dropbox Sign.

Steps to Sign:

1. Open the email and click the Dropbox Sign link
2. Click the blue "Get Started" button (top right)
3. Click the signature box
4. Choose how you want to sign:
   • Draw your signature
   • Type your signature
   • Upload an image of your signature
5. Click "Insert" to place your signature
6. Click "Continue" (top right)
7. On the final screen, click "I Agree" to complete the signing process

Result: You will receive an email confirmation once you have signed the IO.
