What is Media Plan versioning?

Definition: Media plan versioning allows you to save and view multiple versions of the same media plan over time.

How It Works:

• Each time changes are made to a media plan, a new version is automatically created
• All previous versions are saved and can be viewed at any time
• Each version includes a timestamp and shows what changes were made

Why Versioning is Useful:

• Track the history of changes to a media plan
• See what modifications were made during the review process
• Restore a previous version if needed
• Understand how the plan evolved from creation to approval

How to Access Versions: Go to Options → Details and History to view all saved versions of a media plan.
