Steps for an Agency User:
- Go to the "Approvals" tab in the Media Plan section
- Find the media plan you want to review
- Click the "Options" dropdown
- Select "Review"
- At the bottom of the page, choose one option:
- Click "Approve" to finalize the plan
- Click "Reject" to send it back for changes
After Clicking Approve or Reject: A pop-up window appears where you can leave a comment for the review expert:
- If approving: Confirm the plan and optionally include notes
- If rejecting: Provide feedback, suggestions, or identify issues to be corrected
What Happens Next:
If Approved: The plan is finalized and an IO (Insertion Order) is automatically generated.
If Rejected: The plan is returned to the review expert, who will review your feedback, make necessary changes, and send the updated plan back to you. This continues until the plan is approved.
